“Bitcoin Poised to Enter the Mainstream” — BitcoinSeoul 2025 Set to Open in Seoul on June 4

A major global conference spotlighting the future of digital assets is about to take place in South Korea. From June 4 to 6, BitcoinSeoul 2025 will be held at Signiel Hotel and SKY31 Convention in Seoul’s Songpa District. The event is expected to serve as a hub for dialogue on Bitcoin’s growing role in institutional portfolios, global investment strategies, and real-world adoption infrastructure.

The conference will bring together over 3,000 participants, including Bitcoin investors, executives from listed companies, developers, and policymakers. The discussions will go beyond blockchain technology, focusing on how Bitcoin is being integrated into corporate finance and long-term strategy.

A key session on June 5 will feature case studies from Japan’s listed company Metaplanet and Europe’s The Blockchain Group, both of which have officially adopted Bitcoin as part of their corporate treasury. These companies are recognized as pioneers in leveraging Bitcoin as a strategic asset—often dubbed “digital gold”—to hedge against currency devaluation and global economic uncertainty.

On June 6, the event will host the Bitcoin Finance Forum, featuring renowned speakers Preston Pysh, co-host of the global podcast Investor’s Podcast, and Stephan Livera, a leading voice in Bitcoin economic theory. They are set to explore how institutional investment behavior has shifted in the wake of Bitcoin ETF approvals and what this means for macroeconomic positioning.

The conference will also highlight real-world applications of Bitcoin. Presenters will include Wallet of Satoshi, a Lightning Network-based micropayment solution, and Meanwhile, the world’s first Bitcoin-based life insurance provider. Their participation is expected to offer insights into how Bitcoin is gradually integrating into everyday financial services.

To accommodate international attendees, the event will provide AI-powered real-time translation services and will also be livestreamed online, enabling broader access from global communities.

BitcoinSeoul 2025 is shaping up to be more than just a tech summit—it’s poised to mark a pivotal moment in Bitcoin’s journey toward becoming a recognized institutional and financial asset within mainstream economics.
