DAXA (Digital Asset eXchange Alliance) has released its Digital Asset Policy Report, responding to rising public interest in digital assets and the need for clearer regulatory guidance.

The report includes a comprehensive overview of the digital asset industry, global policy trends, and the legislative direction for the Digital Asset Basic Act. It also highlights Korea’s approach to regulating stablecoins, a topic that has recently gained significant traction.

Authored by a group of experts including DAXA’s advisory committee members, the report offers actionable insights aimed at policymakers, businesses, and researchers. DAXA intends for the publication to contribute meaningfully to institutionalizing and expanding the digital asset ecosystem.

The full report is available to the public via the Notices section of DAXA’s official website.

In the foreword, DAXA Chair Oh Se-jin stated, “DAXA will continue to communicate closely with the National Assembly, government, academia, and users to build a healthy and trustworthy digital asset ecosystem. We hope this report will serve as a valuable resource in forming effective policies and frameworks for digital and virtual assets.”
